• Make outbound calls to patients interested in the Omni Pod System
• Handle inbound calls from patients generated through physicians’ offices and marketing programs
• Introduce the sales team process to prospective patients
• Utilize product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and facilitate the sales cycle
• Generate sales-qualified leads by converting marketing-generated leads

• Associate's Degree
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Manual dexterity for using a computer keyboard
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with a normal office environment

• BA/BS Degree
• Spanish fluency
• Experience in medical software (EMR/PM)
• Experience in a medical practice
• Salesforce/CRM competency
