Next Gen Wealth Builders is seeking motivated Insurance Agents who want to make a real impact. In this role, you’ll connect with clients, help them protect their families, and guide them toward lasting financial security — all within a supportive, flexible, and high-growth environment.

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients.
• Present insurance and financial solutions clearly and confidently.
• Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable coverage.
• Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM (training provided).
• Collaborate with teammates to improve results and share best practices.
• Uphold company values and compliance standards in every interaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle objections and build client trust.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM, virtual meetings, etc.).
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus — not required.
• Reliable transportation for appointments or events.
• Must be willing to complete required state licensing (training provided).
