• Recruit, coach, and manage Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals
• Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and maintain territory plans
• Maintain communication with team members to grow revenue through territory plan reviews
• Ensure accurate CRM usage to track adoptions and forecast customer needs
• Travel regularly to mentor team members and engage with customers

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a four-year college or university
• Minimum of 10 years of successful consultative sales/business development experience
• Strong digital literacy and ability to sell online resources effectively
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of the educational market and State Adoption processes

• Experience in the education technology sector
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting techniques
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights to leadership
