• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales objectives through prospecting and account management
• Create sales strategies for prospects and assigned accounts, managing deals through the sales cycle
• Communicate with customers regarding account issues and gather their feedback
• Negotiate service and product terms with clients
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to process, track, and organize client information

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of business, financials, products, and market dynamics
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage a territory and monitor resources effectively

• Formal sales training experience
• Familiarity with Discovery Based Questions to identify customer needs
• Experience with values-based, consultative selling techniques
