What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 accounts, focusing on new product sales and existing renewals
  • Lead account strategy and oversee the sales cycle for new business and renewals
  • Generate a pipeline of new opportunities weekly to meet sales targets
  • Represent the employer effectively, delivering presentations and building trusted relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with an extended account team to strategize and execute account plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in achieving sales quotas
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing industries
  • Experience in prospecting and engaging with C-level executives
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in sales within the construction technology sector
  • Familiarity with software solutions relevant to the construction industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
