• Create and communicate a vision and strategy for the inside sales department, driving desired outcomes and sales results
• Coach and develop the inside sales leadership team against key performance indicators and target objectives
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and innovative ideas to enhance business efficiencies
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between Inside Sales and relevant internal departments
• Manage the timely and accurate exchange of information for reporting and process improvement purposes

• Minimum of 10+ years' work experience, including 5+ years in sales and 3+ years leading leaders
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience managing an inside sales center or equivalent, with vendor management and partner relationships
• Strong analytical skills with prior experience analyzing call metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills necessary for effective management

• Experience implementing complex product training across diverse teams
• Familiarity with the diabetes industry or a strong basic knowledge of diabetes and its treatment
• Strong hands‑on computer and analysis skills
