• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue generation in the Japanese e‑commerce market.
• Manage key relationships with Japanese e‑commerce platforms and online retailers to secure new business and expand existing partnerships.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and content to attract and retain Japanese customers.
• Monitor and report on the performance of Japanese e‑commerce operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress and challenges in the Japanese market.

• Proven track record of success in e‑commerce sales, with at least 3‑5 years of experience in the Japanese market (Qoo
  10, Rakuten, Tik Tok Shop JP etc.).
• Excellent understanding of the Japanese e‑commerce landscape, including key platforms, customer behaviour, and industry regulations.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills to effectively manage partnerships with Japanese e‑commerce players.
• Proficiency in Japanese language, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions to drive business growth.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
