• Manage and execute sales, marketing, and business development activities to exceed revenue and gross margin objectives
• Develop Account Managers to create and deliver effective sales presentations and consultative discussions
• Maintain strong relationships with branch management to ensure alignment of sales and service efforts
• Monitor competitors and industry sales trends to develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Identify growth opportunities and develop relationships with external alliance partners to increase business

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business or a clinical field
• Minimum of 5 years of business-to-business medical sales experience within hospitals, health systems, or provider groups
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams, including hiring and developing staff
• Expertise in analyzing sales data to identify trends and improve results
• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time for business purposes

• MBA in Business Administration with at least 7 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
• Prior experience in selling strategic solutions to hospitals and health systems
• Background in infusion or healthcare services in therapeutic areas such as oncology or immunology
• Deep understanding of billing and reimbursement procedures for medical offices and Medicare
