• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
• Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and ablation products
• Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac solutions products and procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and strategize potential sales opportunities

• High school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day and drive approximately 25‑50% of the time

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record in technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or medical sales providing technical/clinical support
