While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. POSITION DESCRIPTION- Maximize profit by achieving sales revenue targets and growing market share for a specified territory by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) and/or Peripheral vascular products
- Practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning, administration and expense planning and control
- Increase sales and revenue by aggressively targeting and developing new accounts
- Train appropriate medical staff on products and procedures
- Meet expectations as defined by Sales Management
- Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy. Your driving record will be reviewed as part of your application.
- Depending on the territory the position may involve traveling within the region up to 50% of the time and may include overnight visits

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- Planning/Results Orientation – develop, implement and deliver on plans to achieve/exceed sales targets
- Consistent achievement/over achievement of sales objectives
- Handle multiple and competing priorities
- Maintain and grow business in specific targeted accounts/customers
- Identify competitive accounts to establish and promote new business
- Consistent follow‑through on all objectives and assignments
- Use metrics and timelines to evaluate results
- Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records
- Effectively manage time to maximize coverage of all accounts within the territory
- Identify growth opportunities within current and competitive customer accounts
- Implement strategies to counter competitors
- Collaborate with other departments to manage inventory and control costs
- Influence and sell – establish and maintain effective relationships with key decision makers, customers, and staff
- Plan, implement and deliver effective sales/product presentations to customers
- Explore, understand, and confirm customers’ needs, handle objections, and gain commitment to drive revenue growth
- Maximize revenue potential by targeting specific customers to generate sales leads
- Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve complaints
- Educate customers to ensure products are understood and used effectively
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professional image
- Contribute to strong team effort and communication of market intelligence and product information to stakeholders
- Maintain professional written and verbal communication
- Continuously develop knowledge, skills and abilities in clinical, technical, product and sales skills
- Recognize, understand, and communicate features, strengths, and drawbacks of competitive products
- Participate in product and skill development programs and activities
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Code of Conduct and applicable regulatory bodies
- Compliance with all relevant clinical, regulatory, safety and legal requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience (Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences)
