- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive adoption and growth of the Hugo™ Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) System
- Engage with hospital executives to create compelling business cases and support informed purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize new market opportunities
- Build long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital leadership to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Track and report sales performance, refining tactics based on insights from successful contract closures
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 11+ years of medical device sales experience, with 3 years of dedicated capital complex selling required
- Associate’s Degree AND at least 9+ years of field sales experience, with 3 years of dedicated capital complex selling required
- Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 7+ years of medical device sales experience, with 3 years of dedicated capital complex selling required
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel regionally (50% plus)
- Strong communication skills and commitment to ethical practices
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience selling large capital equipment
- Expertise in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery
- Active network within the surgical field and connections with surgeons
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working in a matrix structure
