What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Remotely sell the employer's products and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Identify, develop, and close leads for the business, and refer internal leads when appropriate
  • Provide input on new markets, product introductions, and existing products or supplies
  • Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to structure complex contracts and understand market landscape
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and build strong customer relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, finance)
  • Familiarity with complex contract structuring and sales analytics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Working knowledge of company products and services
  • Practical knowledge of sales techniques and experience in applying company policies and procedures
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
