Position: Technical Business Development Representative - Data Center Cooling (HDLC) West/South Central US

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve sales targets for data center cooling products across North America
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership
  • Build and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide updates to management through CRM
  • Ensure compliance with profitability objectives while maintaining margins
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development within the Data Center sector
  • Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and applications
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to develop positive relationships in assigned regions
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 30-40% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions
  • Familiarity with  or similar CRM programs
  • Ability to conduct customer research to define and quantify opportunities
