- Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners
- Manage sales pipeline and provide updates to management through CRM
- Ensure compliance with profitability objectives while maintaining margins
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development within the Data Center sector
- Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and applications
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to develop positive relationships in assigned regions
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 30-40% of the time
- Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions
- Familiarity with or similar CRM programs
- Ability to conduct customer research to define and quantify opportunities
