• Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service medical products to existing and competitive customers
• Develop and implement a quarterly strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and leverage them for profitable business
• Provide in-service and basic clinical support on products, ensuring ongoing educational support and training
• Complete administrative reporting accurately and in a timely manner, including CRM activity reports

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Strong technical expertise in Cardiopulmonary/Cardiac procedures and ECMO/ECLS related topics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of success in a high-pressure sales environment

• Experience in ECMO and selling to surgeons, perfusionists, and ECMO-related physicians
• Experience selling in the cardiac operating room
• Demonstrated ability to effectively forecast for results
• Ability to develop and implement strategic territory plans for business growth
• Experience in high-pressure, competitive sales environments
