What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve sales targets for data center cooling products across North America while working remotely
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, integrators, and channel partners
  • Provide regular updates on business opportunities and sales pipeline via CRM
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to drive sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development within the Data Center sector
  • Proven understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and cooling solutions
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a sales environment
  • Experience using  or similar CRM software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions
  • Ability to develop positive relationships in assigned account regions
  • Strong research skills to identify and quantify customer opportunities
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
  • Valid driver's license
