- Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, integrators, and channel partners
- Provide regular updates on business opportunities and sales pipeline via CRM
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to drive sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development within the Data Center sector
- Proven understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and cooling solutions
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a sales environment
- Experience using or similar CRM software
- Experience in selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions
- Ability to develop positive relationships in assigned account regions
- Strong research skills to identify and quantify customer opportunities
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
- Valid driver's license
