What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify expiring service contracts and warranties to initiate the sales renewal process
  • Uncover and qualify opportunities to increase capture rates across the capital equipment portfolio
  • Generate and create accurate, competitive quotes for service contract renewals
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers, Territory Managers, and National Accounts Managers to strategize sales approaches
  • Maintain accurate data on sales opportunities and interactions within
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or inside sales
  • Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals while meeting established sales quotas
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated with high energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
  • Previous experience in the medical device industry
