Sr Sales Representative

• Grow and maintain the customer base for assigned brands within the designated territory
• Attend trade shows to provide sales support and evaluate competition
• Prepare segment sales forecasts and compare monthly sales results to goals
• Interface with Product Management to provide customer feedback on product performance
• Create and maintain professional relationships with team members and customers

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Sales and/or Marketing degree is a plus
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in off-road sales or the automotive industry
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; experience with Oracle ERP and Zoho CRM is preferred

• Experience in off-road sales or automotive industry
• Knowledge of the employer's product kits and systems
• Exceptional phone presence and listening skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong team collaboration skills
