Position: Employee Benefits Sales Executive, NC %26 SC (REMOTE+TRAVEL)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with brokerage firms, consulting houses, General Agencies, and PEOs
  • Meet or exceed activity goals related to new client meetings, quote activity, and annual premium sales goals
  • Generate proposals for group insurance products targeting markets of 20-500+ lives
  • Provide consultative analysis and recommendations to distribution channel partners and prospective clients
  • Remain current on company offerings and industry trends through market research and business events
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3+ years of experience and documented success in Group Insurance sales and marketing
  • Group Insurance sales experience specifically within North Carolina and South Carolina
  • Life and Health Insurance licenses specific to the states of North Carolina and South Carolina
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with the ability to develop strong, long-term relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility
  • Thorough understanding of the Employee Benefits product portfolio and its benefits
  • Ability to collaborate with local, regional, and national service/account management personnel
