- Generate proposals for group insurance products targeting markets of 20-500+ lives
- Provide consultative analysis and recommendations to distribution channel partners and prospective clients
- Remain current on company offerings and industry trends through market research and business events
- 3+ years of experience and documented success in Group Insurance sales and marketing
- Group Insurance sales experience specifically within North Carolina and South Carolina
- Life and Health Insurance licenses specific to the states of North Carolina and South Carolina
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with the ability to develop strong, long-term relationships
- Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility
- Thorough understanding of the Employee Benefits product portfolio and its benefits
- Ability to collaborate with local, regional, and national service/account management personnel
