We're seeking a motivated Farmers
Insurance Sales Representative who is committed to delivering exceptional client value and driving strong sales results. You will build lasting relationships, guide clients through coverage options, and contribute to consistent growth in a supportive, small-team environment that offers flexibility and meaningful development.
- Candidates with 3-5 years of experience have a year-end total of $60,000 - $80,000 based on performance (base + commission), with the ability to make $100,000+

Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Sell policies that benefit prospects and meet identified coverage needs
- Complete time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and reliability
- Achieve minimum premium sales goals
- Sell at least one life policy each month
- Participate in ongoing training, education, and skill development
- Three to five years of relevant insurance experience
- Licensed in Property and Casualty
- Licensed in Life and Health
- Must have a proven track record in sales
- Computer literate with intermediate spreadsheet skills
- Strong communication ability including narrative and storytelling skills
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
