Business Development, Sales Representative, Healthcare / Medical Sales
We are looking for a growth‑minded New Business Manager who is energized by building relationships and opening new markets. In this role, you will drive meaningful growth by helping organizations solve complex healthcare challenges through thoughtful, consultative sales strategies. You will partner across teams to deliver solutions that improve outcomes for clients while advancing our shared mission.
Responsibilities- Drive new business growth by acquiring large employer accounts through direct and broker channels
- Deliver results aligned to annual business plan targets for revenue, membership, and profitability
- Lead end‑to‑end sales strategies across Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, and Behavioral Health solutions
- Manage and respond to RFPs by coordinating internal strategy, pricing, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, consultants, and internal partners
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data to inform pipeline and forecasting decisions
- Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience
- Demonstrated success acquiring new clients and meeting performance goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a matrixed organization
- Ability to obtain and maintain required insurance licenses
- 5+ years of sales experience, including managed care or healthcare solutions
- Prior experience in insurance underwriting, operations, or complex solution sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
