Service Sales Associate - Remote

Overview

Position is Remote and can sit anywhere in the US. The Service Sales Associate will be responsible for building quotes for new and replacement equipment.

• Develop and prepare quotes for new and replacement equipment.
• Utilize crane knowledge to ensure accurate and effective communication of technical details.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
• Drive self-motivation to achieve sales targets and manage workload independently.
• Navigate computer systems proficiently to build quotes and facilitate communication across different channels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• REQUIRED SKILLS &
  
  COMPETENCIES:
  
  Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable and proficient in using computer systems for quoting and communication purposes.
• Proven knowledge and experience with cranes and related equipment.

• Vacation: 2 weeks of vacation per year (pro-rated for the first year depending on start date). 5-12 years of service, 3 weeks. 13+ years of service, 4 weeks.
• Sick Leave: 5 days of Sick Leave per year. Pro-rated the first year after 90 days of service.
• Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year.
