• Active Property & Casualty Producer License
• Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience
• Strong sales and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a commission‑driven environment
• Professional communication skills and technology proficiency

• Prior experience in insurance sales is advantageous
• Familiarity with performance‑based income models
