Job Description

Financial Society insurance group is looking for a Highly motivated individual to join the Agency.

• It is a High Paying sales position.
  
  - Financial services.
• This job is COMPLETELY 1099 based. No salary, no wage. 100% commission based.

Starting Commission level 80-90%. Max compensation 145%

Ability to climb the compensation grid up to 145%

We service thousands of Americans across the nation. The Major niches we focus on are Final Expense Planning for Veterans and Seniors, Mortgage Protection Programs, and Simple Retirement Solution.

A.k.a. Wealth Planning. Lastly, We also service general life inquiry’s.

The Average full time agent takes home around 10k-15k a month. This is based on full time hours and strong work ethic.

We have agents who are issuing $100,000 a month in personal production

Income is contingent upon work ethic and ability to master concepts and sales methods.

Must be able to commute to Chelmsford Massachusetts Office.

Ages 18-35 preferred.
