This role is crucial in shaping the operational planning and performance frameworks for our sales organization. The selected candidate will ensure data integrity, lead annual sales planning, and develop analytical models that empower Sales leadership to make informed decisions.
You will design the go-to-market strategies while identifying process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of operations. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to align revenue insights across departments and contribute to the strategic execution of sales initiatives.
- Lead the annual and quarterly sales planning processes, including territory design and account allocation.
- Develop frameworks that assist Sales leadership in evaluating trade-offs and optimizing coverage.
- Build data-driven recommendations regarding sales productivity and headcount planning.
- Maintain high data quality standards across various systems including Salesforce and DOMO.
- Manage recurring sales operations deliverables and respond to reporting requests.
- 7-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools like DOMO or Tableau.
- Proven ability to design and automate operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate between analytical work and executive communication.
