- Maintain accurate records of all call activity in and report on customer sentiment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills with a consistent achievement of sales and revenue quotas
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and credibly influence individuals at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills
- Experience in account management and delivering client-focused solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
