** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*
* + Meet sales objectives in individual territory.

+ Responsible for meeting sales goals as defined.

+ Meet productivity requirements with regard to quality customer interaction.

+ Daily goals for reach and frequency as defined by outbound calls

+ Complete all administrative requirements on time.

+ Creative, entrepreneurial approach to territory and account management

+ Accountable for account planning, development of sales strategy, routine weekly reports and special reporting requests.

+ Collaborative team player

+ Perform at high level while being efficient and compliant with budget and policy.

+ Accountable for budget and reporting on activities with HCP's.

+ Attend industry and corporate meetings and events in and out of territory.

** QUALIFICATIONS*
* + 3+ years' relative work experience preferred

+ MS Office, Computer proficiency

+ Additional experience in SAP, Sales Force, and TPS a plus.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

+ Knowledge of managed care operations.

+

Experience with business plan development.

+ Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

+ Proven ability to self-motivate

+ Work in Lake Mary, FL office three days a week:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and another day of your choice.
