- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Support renewals and expansion efforts in collaboration with Account Managers
- Build trusted relationships with customers to understand their goals and usage of the platform
- Monitor account health and key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Must be located in the Americas or Dublin, Ireland
- Experience working in SaaS or familiarity with CRM tools
- Curiosity and genuine interest in helping customers succeed
