• Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success
• Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel
• Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions

• No degree or certification is needed
• Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years preferred
• Strong personal sales track record
• Willing to follow our proven sales system
