What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting high-potential Dioceses within the Catholic sector
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders, involving 50%+ travel
  • Utilize product knowledge for consultative selling, demonstrating how solutions can solve business challenges
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery and superior customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience, with at least 2 years selling software or technology solutions to parishes and Dioceses
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high-value deals
  • Familiarity with the software industry, SaaS solutions, and operations of the Catholic church
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence decision-making at the C-suite level
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in contract negotiations and managing complex sales cycles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for presenting complex software solutions clearly
  • Technical acumen to communicate technical aspects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
