• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related business field
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales or nutritional experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build positive relationships
• Strong financial and analytical skills with sales data analysis experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and virtual tools

• Experience in the agriculture or animal nutrition sector
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative strategies for market growth
• Proven track record of leading teams through change
• Strong presentation skills for communicating strategies at all levels
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips
