• Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
• Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive client engagement.
• Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services through a consultative, empathetic sales approach.
• Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle.
• Master our CRM system and other sales tools to efficiently manage your pipeline and client information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Equipment:
The company does not provide equipment for this role. However, we utilize Venn, a secure technology solution that creates a protected workspace on your personal device. This allows you to safely use your own computer for work, ensuring company data remains secure while keeping your personal information completely private and separate.

We require our remote employees to provide their own equipment and work in a designated home office where you will not be at risk of being overheard. As we are a financial institution, you will be discussing and collecting sensitive information.

• A professional with 2-4 years of sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• An expert communicator who is skilled at building trust and rapport with clients via phone and video calls.
• Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Comfortable and adaptable with new technology, using it to enhance your workflow and client interactions.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment and is open to coaching and mentorship.

• Experience closing high volume of high ticket items

Commission:
Uncapped commission structure with a clear and transparent plan, providing significant upside potential for top performers.

Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE):
The average OTE for this role is between $60,000 and $120,000, with top performers exceeding this range.

Benefits begin the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
