Senior Account Executive-Court Reporting

Are you an accomplished sales professional with a passion for the legal industry and a proven track record in court reporting services? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our team and drive our business forward. Can be in Sacramento or SF Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within law firms, leveraging a robust network of industry contacts.
• Organically grow and manage an existing book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Create and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote company services directly to potential clients.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to oversee case management and enhance client satisfaction through regular progress updates and recommendations.
• Conduct quality checks on service delivery and continuously assess market competition to inform pricing and service strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional networks.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on company offerings to both current and prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and prepare sales proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in selling court reporting services to law firms, with a substantial network of contacts in the legal sector.
• Proven success in sales, negotiation, and communication within a fast-paced business environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in achieving sales targets and expanding client bases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies to meet client needs and market changes.

Compensation:

On-target earnings up to $200,000 annually, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
