• Sales support for existing customers in close collaboration with the external sales team and assistance in acquiring new customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online communication.
• Lead management in collaboration with the external sales team.
• Prepare and track quotations within given approval limits, and provide administrative support for contracts of all types.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data and assist the external sales team in preparing market and customer information for internal reviews.
• Provide administrative and organizational support for customer meetings.
• Participate in trade fairs and company events.
• Handle various administrative duties, including general office management, reception, and incoming mail.

• Permanent, full-time contract (40 hours - part time also possible) with fixed salary and 30 days of holiday.

• You are tech-savvy and already experienced with B2B sales.
• MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems are well known to you.
