- Lead and manage the inside sales team, ensuring alignment with performance expectations and sales results
- Coach and develop inside sales leadership against key performance indicators and objectives
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and business outcomes
- Facilitate effective communication between inside sales and relevant internal departments to meet customer service goals
- Manage the timely exchange of information for reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Minimum of 10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in sales and 3+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience managing an inside sales center or similar environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing call metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with vendor management and retail/mail order pharmacy
- Familiarity with the diabetes industry or knowledge of diabetes treatment
- Proven ability to develop training materials and technical documentation
- Strong hands‑on computer and analysis skills
- Experience coordinating internal resources for nationwide sales coverage
