• Assist clients in finding the most viable insurance solutions based on their needs and budget
• Maintain organization and follow‑up on client inquiries and appointments
• Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients
• Proactively solve problems and address client concerns

• Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and self‑motivated
• Proactive in problem‑solving

• Previous sales experience, particularly in insurance or related fields
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in client consultations or appointment setting
