Position: Exec Robotic Stapling Specialist (DFW West TX)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the district expert on stapling technologies, driving market share growth
  • Provide hands‑on training and clinical support to surgeons and surgical teams
  • Lead the introduction and execution of robotic hybrid bedside procedures
  • Initiate and execute district‑wide market development programs to enhance product adoption
  • Maintain a strong presence in robotic procedures to deepen expertise and foster relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of medical device sales experience
  • Field‑based role requiring 50% travel within the territory
  • Proven track record in sales within the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Business acumen with the ability to analyze regional sales potential
  • Experience building and managing key customer relationships with decision‑makers
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., ) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
