Account Manager – U.S. West Coast

LePure Biotech LLC is the U.S. subsidiary of LePure Biotech, a Shanghai-headquartered biotechnology company providing bioprocessing and life science solutions. We are expanding our U.S. commercial presence and are seeking an Account Manager to support growth on the U.S. West Coast.

This is a customer-facing sales role responsible for managing accounts, generating new business, and driving revenue across the U.S. West Coast. The role works closely with U.S. commercial teams and China-based technical and operations partners.

• Manage and grow customer accounts across biopharma, biotech, CDMOs, CROs, and research organizations
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, customer visits, industry events, and trade shows
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and technical proposals
• Negotiate pricing and close deals in alignment with company policies
• Support regional marketing activities (trade shows, webinars, product launches)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to support product launches and customer needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of sales or account management experience in biopharma, biotech, or bioprocessing
• Experience with technical products (single-use systems, filtration, fluid management, chromatography, bioreactors) preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. West Coast (~70%)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Chinese language skills and flexible working hours preferred
