Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and enhance sales activities within their assigned territory, working to meet and exceed revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, crafting and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and staying updated on industry trends to position OSP Solutions effectively in the market.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, account management, and relationship-building experience in a professional setting
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications products or similar industries, with experience in fiber optics being an asset
• Strategic planning, analytical thinking, and ability to identify market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and achieve measurable results
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in regional sales management or a similar leadership role is highly desirable
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory
