This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Tri‑Cities, TN, with some remote work flexibility. The Sales Associate will engage with healthcare professionals to promote and sell orthopaedic medical devices, providing in‑depth product knowledge and exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include building strong client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, supporting surgical procedures as needed, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and collaboration.

• Strong sales and client relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Knowledge of medical devices, particularly in the orthopaedic field, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities
• Organizational and time management skills to manage a sales territory and prioritize tasks
• Ability to adapt to hybrid work arrangements and willingness to travel locally when necessary
• Educational background or certifications in health sciences, marketing, or sales are preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is highly desirable
