What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and driving incremental revenue
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations
  • Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting using CRM systems
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology

  • Experience in educational sales or related industry
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers
  • Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, or Microsoft Teams
