Position: Growth Sales Executive - RCM (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Create new, organic Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Anesthesia service clients across a portfolio of solutions
  • Develop and execute a defined strategic plan for growing new business
  • Navigate complex business transactions between Physicians and Hospitals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders and external clients
  • Contribute to market insights and participate in leadership discussions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Significant experience in sales, business development, operations, or M&A roles focused on hospitals, health systems, or ambulatory surgical centers
  • Proven track record in the Healthcare Provider space of creating profitable business deals
  • Strong existing relationships with executive leaders of provider organizations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Undergraduate degree required, with willingness to travel 2 to 3 nights per week on average
