What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage large and complex national accounts through strategic account management to drive revenue and enhance customer engagement
  • Build and execute annual plans to achieve targets for persistency, profitability, renewals, and referrals
  • Lead onboarding of new cases and oversee implementation to ensure timely installation and client satisfaction
  • Address service requests, issue resolution, and contract changes while maintaining proactive communication with clients
  • Plan and conduct quarterly client meetings to monitor client needs and identify additional cross‑sell opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years in Account Management or Underwriting
  • Group Life & Health Sales License required
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with excellent presentation skills
  • Insight into competitive market trends related to group insurance products, specifically Absence, Life, and Supplemental Health
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in managing large national accounts in the insurance industry
  • Proficiency in developing strategic account management plans
  • Familiarity with financial analysis related to insurance products and performance metrics
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust‑based relationships with clients and producers
