NMS Screening & Compliance is a fast-growing national provider of drug testing, background screening, and compliance services. We’re building a disciplined, consultative sales team and we’re looking for a driven, outgoing sales professional to help us grow.
What You’ll Do:- Execute 50-70 outbound touches daily via phone, email, and Linked In to build a national pipeline from scratch.
- Conduct 8-12 virtual discovery meetings per week with HR leaders and business decision-makers.
- Lead consultative conversations that uncover compliance risks, hiring inefficiencies, and gaps—then develop tailored solutions.
- Represent NMS at networking events and industry conferences in the Fort Lauderdale area and beyond.
- Maintain CRM discipline, accurate reporting, and a structured daily routine.
- Follow up persistently, professionally, and with purpose.
You’re a natural connector. You love talking to people, building rapport, and earning trust. You’re confident, coachable, and hungry to grow. Cold calling doesn’t scare you—it fires you up.
Requirements:- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of self-generated pipeline.
- Consultative selling approach - you compete on value, not price.
- Comfortable making cold calls, sending outreach, and prospecting nationally.
- Strong computer proficiency and daily CRM usage (Hub Spot experience is a plus).
- Professional on-camera presence and comfort leading Zoom meetings.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.
- Ability to travel locally for networking events and occasional in-person meetings.
- Experience with Hub Spot, Google Workspace, Linked In Sales Navigator, or Zoom.
- Background selling services (staffing, HR tech, compliance, insurance, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity.
- Base salary plus uncapped commission—your earning potential is directly tied to your effort.
