The RoleAs the Account Partner for Veeva R&D and Quality you will be part of the team representing the Veeva Development Cloud and Quality Cloud Solutions (Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, and Quality) for selected Pharma and Biotech companies in the DACH region.
What You’ll Do- Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across the Business, IT, and C-level
- Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
- Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working
- Contribute to team sales goals
- Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment
- Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
- Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
- 5+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting in SaaS, Software, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience focused on account management serving Life Sciences
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent account planning and execution skills
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentations skills
- Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
- Must be highly self‑motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
- A passion for solving customer business problems
- Must have a team‑first mentality
- Business‑level fluency in German and English
- 5+ years of account management within the Life Science industry
- Understanding of R&D and Quality software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety
