ICS Regional Sales Manager; Remote

• Develop and manage customers in the ICSDiamond Tools & Equipment Dealer/Distributor/Professional Market Segments
• Drive customer demand through product demonstrations and training
• Build strong customer relationships through promotions, service, and technical support
• Manage customer payment activity and creditworthiness in cooperation with the Credit Department
• Document field activities and communicate openly with the organization

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma or GED equivalent; BS/BA in Business or Marketing preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in contractor field sales, construction supply sales, or manufacturing sales within the construction industry
• Mechanical aptitude and operational confidence to service mechanized equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• French language proficiency preferred
• Self‑motivated and effective in an unsupervised environment
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manipulate and demonstrate products effectively in audience settings
• Significant vehicle travel and overnight stays may be required
