Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, located in Little Rock, AR, with the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Sales Specialist will focus on building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Medicare and insurance plans. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, educating clients about various insurance options, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role may also involve assisting clients with enrollment processes, addressing inquiries, and supporting their healthcare transitions.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and effectively address client needs
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and drive business growth
  • Experience in Training or guiding clients through processes, such as enrollment and plan selection
  • Proficiency in using technology for CRM systems and virtual communication tools
  • Self-motivation, teamwork, and adaptability in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge or background in Medicare and insurance products is a plus
