• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, particularly in negotiating and overcoming objections.
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
• Strong independent work ethic while also being a team player.
• High‑speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements.

• Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset is a plus.
• Experience in the insurance industry or related fields.
