At Bol Partners, we are expanding our Event Sales Team in Long Beach and are hiring an Event Sales Representative to support live promotional campaigns for a nationally recognised provider of high-speed internet, streaming television, and mobile connectivity services.

This is a fully in-person role operating at organised pop-up events and retail campaign sites. It does not involve door-to-door sales or recruitment-based compensation.

About the Role

Our Event Sales Representatives work within structured promotional environments designed to educate customers and support service enrollments. You will represent essential communication services that power remote work, streaming, mobile usage, and connected households.

We provide formal training, clear performance expectations, and defined advancement opportunities for individuals who demonstrate consistency and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Engaging customers face-to-face at organised event locations and retail pop-ups
  • Introducing residential internet speed tiers, streaming TV packages, and mobile service bundles
  • Explaining limited-time promotional offers and eligibility criteria
  • Assessing customer needs based on usage patterns such as gaming, streaming, or business connectivity
  • Comparing service options with customers’ current providers
  • Supporting on-site enrollments and ensuring documentation accuracy
  • Assisting with event setup, display materials, and campaign logistics
  • Contributing to daily engagement and activation targets
What We’re Looking For
  • Confident communicators who are comfortable initiating conversations
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented individuals who thrive in performance-driven environments
  • Ability to absorb product knowledge and explain service options clearly
  • Retail, hospitality, customer service, or previous sales experience is advantageous but not required
  • Must be legally authorised to work in the United States
