Founding Sales Rep; Cycle; Remote

Shape Scale is hiring our first full-time Founding Sales Rep (Full-Cycle). This is a builder-executor role: you will build the sales machine while running it.

• Own the full-cycle sales process from prospecting to close
• Partner with founders to build scripts, objection handling, and CRM workflows
• Run product demos and convert high-intent pipeline
• Travel approximately once per month for trade shows (US, occasional international)
• Act as the market feedback loop to product and leadership

Location: Remote (US-based) or Hybrid (San Francisco, CA) |
Market: SMB aesthetics, wellness, and medical clinics

• 3-5+ years in high-performing B2B SaaS and/or hardware sales
• Proven full-cycle experience: outbound prospecting, demos, negotiation, close
• Strong hunter mentality and high ownership
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building repeatable sales playbooks
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in aesthetics/healthcare is a strong plus
• Passion for biohacking, fitness wearables, and physical gadgets is a plus
• Competitive base + variable compensation (OTE)
