Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Development Representative for a full‑time hybrid role located in the Greater Chicago Area, with some flexibility to work from home. The role involves daily tasks such as generating leads, nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The Business Development Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to strategize and execute business growth initiatives.
Qualifications- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Sales and Business Development
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships and identify new opportunities
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus
- Previous experience in the IT or managed services industry is advantageous
